THE INDOSAT OOREDOO CLINIC CAR HAS RETURNED TO ASSIST SEMERU ERUPTION VICTIMS

OBJECTIVES:
Providing free health care to 108 clients at the post, as well as ready-to-eat food, basic food aid, and free IM3 Ooredoo communication assistance to disaster-affected regions through the Indosat Ooredoo Mobile Clinic.
CHALLENGE:
The eruption of Mount Semeru on December 4, 2021, left profound scars on all Indonesians, particularly those who had been displaced by calamities in the area surrounding Mount Semeru’s slopes.
SOLUTIONS:
For a time, this calamity claimed the lives of 44 people, as well as hundreds of others who sustained minor and serious injuries.
Indosat Ooredoo cooperates with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and local government officials to deliver Indosat Ooredoo Mobile Clinic services by providing free health treatments to 108 beneficiaries at the post as an emergency reaction from Indosat Ooredoo.
Additionally, the Indosat Ooredoo Mobile Clinic provides disaster-affected communities with ready-to-eat meals, basic material help, and IM3 Ooredoo free communication assistance.
This exercise took place in SDN 04 Supiturang, Jl. Sumbersari Room A, Supiturang, Kec. Pronojiwo, Kab. Lumajang, one of the disaster posts.
The Indosat Ooredoo Mobile Clinic for Mount Semeru Eruption is a manifestation of Indosat Ooredoo’s care and social obligation to the Indonesian people, particularly at this difficult time. As well as an endeavor to alleviate the community’s suffering and assist the local administration in speeding up the recovery process following the disaster.
