SOLUTIONS:
A terrible flood hit Serang on March 1, 2022, due to the overflowing of the Cibanten river, this rare flood knocked down houses and claimed lives.

Concerned about this, Pertamina cooperates with Filantra in distributing aid to residents affected by the floods in Serang, Banten. The aid was distributed for three days on March 4-6, 2022, consisting of 100 packages of basic necessities and 50 packages of cleaning tools in the form of brooms, floor brushes, shovels, buckets and mops which were given to each household. In addition, the assistance of 10 12 kg LPG gas cylinders and their contents, 50 blankets and 12 tarpaulins.

The basic food packages consist of 5 kg of rice, canned food (sardines), instant noodles, biscuits, sugar and tea. Apart from that, tarpaulins and blankets were also provided.

The aid was distributed in two locations, namely Kp. Embankment Jaya and Kp. Ciputri, Ds. Banten, Kec. Kasemen, Kab. Serang, Banten.

The head of the local RT expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided.

Happy smiles flashed on the faces of the residents when the volunteers delivered the mandate in the form of these basic food packages. “Thank you Pertamina,” said Mrs. Hernah, one of the beneficiaries who was already elderly.
