OBJECTIVES:
PT Bank DKI’s Jakarta Hydroponic Cooperative (JAKONIK) Program is one of the efforts to empower the community’s economy based on environmental awareness.
CHALLENGE:
Hydroponics or gardening without using soil is a solution for growing crops on limited land, especially if you live in urban areas.
SOLUTIONS:
The JAKONIK program which has been running for two months involves 9 Rusunawa including, Rusunawa Pulo Gebang, Rusunawa Jatinegara Kaum, Rusunawa KS Tubun, Rusunawa Jati Rawasari, Rusunawa Daan Mogot, Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan, Rusunawa Pondok Bambu, Rusunawa Tipar Cakung, and Rusunawa Tambora Towers.
On Monday, August 15, 2022 PT Bank DKI through the JAKONIK Program provided Digital Marketing Training to 9 Rusunawa which was attended by Mrs. Asih Sumaretmi, S, Sos., M.Pd as Head of UPRS VIII. The training took place at the Rusunawa Pulo Gebang and was attended by every representative of the Rusunawa.
One of the materials presented was about strengthening the sale of hydroponic products by using mobile phones for the sale of hydroponic plant products.
As we all know that planting with this hydroponic method, besides being able to create a green environment, this hydroponic opportunity is very promising due to a high healthy lifestyle, increased consumption of healthy food, easy cultivation methods and good quality plants.
The benefits of this program are felt, as stated by one of the beneficiaries “Thanks to Bank DKI for providing this training facility, I got new insights regarding digital marketing, especially in selling the hydroponic products that we plant, I hope this can be a benefit for us all and continues to grow better,” said Mrs. Margareta.
