OBJECTIVES:
In its quick action, Indosat Ooreoo Hutchison immediately distributed basic necessities and ready-to-eat food on Tuesday 18 January 2022 by providing assistance in the form of rice, instant noodles, masks and ready-to-eat food which was held at RT 06, Cibitung Village, Munjul District, Pandeglang Regency.

In addition, on Wednesday 19 January 2022 Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison provided free health services at Cibeureum Village, Cikadongdong Village, Cikeusik District, Pandeglang Regency. The total beneficiaries of this program are 186 people.

CHALLENGE:
For the time being, based on data from the Acting Head of the BNPB Disaster Data, Information and Communication Center, Mr. Abdul Muhari, he emphasized that 395 buildings were heavily damaged, 692 units were moderately damaged, and 1,991 units were slightly damaged.

SOLUTIONS:
An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6 on the Richter scale in Banten on Friday (14/01/2022) again caused deep wounds for all Indonesian citizens, especially for residents affected by disasters around the Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province as the epicenter of the earthquake.

The Pandeglang Care Assistance Program was attended by Mr. Ahmad Nasir as Sales Area Management Serang Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Mr. Yudianto as Marketing Communication Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Mr. Aap Apipudin as Relationship Management Division Filantra, Mrs. Teti Sumiato as Village Head and Mr. H. Suharto as a figure local community.

 This program is also a form of concern and social responsibility from Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison to the people of Indonesia. As well as an effort to relieve the suffering of the community and support the local government in accelerating post-disaster recovery.
