Objective

This program aimed to empower the women around Kalibaru Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta – especially in economy aspect.

Challenge

The people around Kalibaru Village who live in middle-low economy condition had suffered to meet their daily needs. They need to get some additional income through the skills they have so that it is important for them to have some additional skills to earn more income.a

Sollution

PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia brings the solution to enhance their skills through an empowerment program “Pelatihan Pengolahan Ikan Laut” which based on their local resource. The beneficiaries are trained to be able to make homemade food which made of their specialization fish and other sea food around Kalibaru village.
