OBJECTIVES:
Bringing aid for flood-affected residents in two locations, namely Jl. Puri Data Housing, Kasemen Village, Kasemen District and Kampung Baru RT 01 RW 03 kel. Old Banten, Kasemen District, Serang City – Banten.

CHALLENGE:
Heavy rains caused the Cibanten river to overflow and caused severe flooding for the residents of Serang, Banten.

SOLUTIONS:
Heavy rains caused the Cibanten river to overflow and caused severe flooding for the residents of Serang, Banten. As a result, residents’ houses were washed away and there were even fatalities.

As a disaster response effort, Indosat Ooredoo and Filantra brought aid for flood-affected residents in two locations, namely Jl. Puri Data Housing, Kasemen Village, Kasemen District and Kampung Baru RT 01 RW 03 kel. Old Banten, Kasemen District, Serang City – Banten.

The assistance, which was provided for three days from March 1 – 3, 2022, consisted of 500 ready-to-eat meals, 9 boxes of masks and 500 IM3 and Three starter packs. This helping hand from Indosat Ooredoo was enthusiastically welcomed by residents affected by the disaster.
