FILANTRA HELD VIRTUAL HANDOVER ELECTRICITY ASSISTANCE GARUNGGANG HILIR

GOAL:
Providing the citizends of Kampung Garunggang Hilir, Desa Sinarjaya, Kecamatan Gunung Halu, and Kabupten Bandung Barat with electricity

CHALLENGE:
For over 20 years, Kampung Garunggang Hilir, Desa Sinarjaya, Kecamatan Gunung Halu, and Kabupaten Bandung Barat have gone without a proper electricity channel. A majority of the citizens use candles for lights, due to the fact that not everybody can install electricity. 

SOLUTION:
Kampung Garunggang Hilir now has electricity flowing into it. This is the result of a collobaration between Filantra, Kitabisa.com, Launchgood.com, and Jawa Barat’s PLN.

The distribution of electrical needs will be held on Thursday, 30th of September 2021. It will be streamed through Zoom and Youtube.

This activity was attended by Mr. Hengky Kurniawan selaku Plt. Bupati Bandung Baratthat is represented by Mr. Syarif Hidayat as Asisten II Pembkab Bandung Barat ; Mr Aditya Darmawan and Moh. Nizar Manwaruddin as MB SAR UP3 PLN Cimahi; Mr Asep Nurdin as the CEO of Filantra as well. Miss Yas Amalia as the Program Lead for Kitabisa.com, Miss Zahidah Azman as APAC Business Deelopment Specialist of Launchgood.com

The symbolic handover of assistance was directly given by Mr. Zaenal as the Empowering Partner of Filantra to the residents of Garunggang Hilir Village, which was witnessed by several local residents, who were also present at this event.
